Who we are
Were Small Kine Hauling and we’re a team of four young local boys trying to make it! We’re childhood friends who were born and raised in Oahu.
One night, a group of four boys got together to discuss ideas for side hustles. Our group discussed different ideas but ultimately agreed to start a junk removal and hauling service. We understood that a large proportion of the community doesn’t have the resources to do large moving jobs or dump runs.
That night, Small Kine Hauling was born.
Why “Small Kine?”
The night we were discussing our side hustles we thought up name ideas. The one that stuck to us was Small Kine Hauling for three reasons.
It used local slang, indicating we were a local group of people.
Our fleet consists of 3 midsize trucks and one F550 Flatbed. Our fleet of smaller trucks doesn’t qualify our service as “major kine.”
The name will be ironic when we do finally expand our fleet.
